Massaging with Essential oils

Take half a cup of beeswax, 2-3 tablespoons coconut oil in a pan and turn on the flame. When the oils are melted, turn the love off. Add 5-7 drops of peppermint oil, 10 drops of Eucalyptus oil and 10 drops of Sandalwood oil. Mix it well and massage it on your chest and the sides of your nose.

Homemade Toffee

Take 1 Cup of sugar with 1/2 Cup of water in a saucepan. Take a lemon and wash it well. Cut it into two pieces. Squeeze the lemon to get one tablespoon of lemon juice and add it into the saucepan. Take one tablespoon of honey. Sprinkle half teaspoon ground ginger and one-fourth teaspoon of clove powder into it. Boil it on low flame while stirring it continuously for 25-30 minutes to become thick. Take a tray with baking paper. Pour on baking paper with a spoon to make little sweets.

Let it cool for 20 minutes. Sprinkle some sugar powder to avoid it sticking with one another. Store it in an airtight jar. 

You can use it either by sucking it directly or mixing it with one cup of hot water.
